Frontier Farmers Day

The Frontier Bonsmara group and Hobson & Co held a very successful Farmers Day at the Wintercastles bull testing station near Alexandria on Thursday 12th July. Internationally renowned experts in their fields, John Westwood (International strategy consultant) and Frans Cronje (Scenario planner & CEO of the SA Institute of Race Relations) kept the 201 strong audience captivated with their interesting and thought provoking addresses titled “The World is Changing, Strategy is not Optional “ and “SA 2030, The Land Issue”. Later multi – breed judge Willie de Jager gave a practical demonstration using the phase C bulls out of the test station and some of the sale bulls. 8 of the very strong string of 60 sale bulls were also on display for interested buyers to view.
